Hard work, perseverance and immense faith in Lina’s vision and philosophy facilitated to cross all obstacles. As per the definition of ‘entrepreneurship’ it is an activity of setting up a business, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit, but I never intended to set up a business and with my little interest in finance my focus was never to earn money and lead a life of extravagance and grandeur. A naïve who wanted to become a contributor took a plunge into an unknown zone with honest intentions and passion for children which eventually turned out to be so called business though education can and should never be treated as business as its core purpose. Being a teacher and an accidental entrepreneur I wish to lead a purposeful life touching human souls, especially children and justify my existence on this planet.

Asma Yasir Nainar is a dynamic and thoughtful education entrepreneur who is currently the Joint Managing Trustee of the Rayyan Educational Trust. Initially, Asma embarked on her professional career as a pastry chef in one of the most established clubs in Doha-Qatar. Though she followed her passion for education by helping set up the Kangaroo Kids Nursery in Doha-Qatar. Through this brief stint, she made herself aware of the all the administrative and behind the scenes work which goes in setting up a full-fledged school.
Currently, Asma Nainar under the capacity of the Joint Managing Trustee of the Rayyan Educational Trust is setting up the Billabong High International School which is an upcoming state of the art school in Chennai and one of the first weekly residential school in Chennai. Asma Nainar as an education entrepreneur believes in a comprehensive value based education whose core principles include health, environment and global citizenship.

I began my journey back in 2005 and it has been a truly fulfilling experience. I have had the opportunity to take forward Lina Asher's vision along with my passion for education starting with Kangaroo Kids and progressing to billabong high international school. I always dream of doing something to give back to society since I was student at Lucknow University until we collaborated and founded Kangaroo Kids, Noida. From a small group of students in 2005 to more than a 1000 today, I've grown stronger with the support of my team and mentors.
Over the years we expanded and I finally took a step towards a cause which is very close to my heart - inclusive education. We set up a centre for children with special needs called Sanchetna, within the same campus. Being at the helm of all the three wings in Noida, each day has been a great learning experience
